operating systems (Linux or similar forms of Unix)

Perl or UNIX scripting

Understanding of DNS, NFS, TCP/IP, Apache etc

Good understanding of UNIX architecture & internals

Utilize strong analytical and problem solving skills to diagnose/resolve system and application issues

Monitoring tool knowlwdge such as Nagios, Ganglia etc

working on the reliability, scalability and performance aspect of distributed application/OS
