Dear Students,

I am glad to inform you that a short term course Summer School on Digital VLSI Design (SSDVD_2015) is organized by IETE & ISVE Ranchi at ARTTC BSNL Ranchi from June16-30, 2015 in three phases with project/ research work for BE/M.Sc./ME/M.Tech students, faculties and industry people.

This course is designed based on the demands of industries, academia and R&D for trained man power in Digital and Analog VLSI Design. This course will cover theory with practical, current available advanced technology tools. Lectures will be delivered by course experts  Dr. Vijay Nath, VLSI Design Group, Department of ECE, BIT Mesra, Ranchi and some other experts from reputed institutions/industries. I request you to circulate/ forward this notice among your familiar circle in the UG & PG students, research scholars/faculty members/ scientists/ industry persons. Interested may be apply for the same. Please see the details in attachment and display the same on your notice board for pear to pear communications. SSDVD_2015 Course Objective : On successful completion, the learners will be able to effectively work on: Analog VLSI Design, Digital VLSI Design, CMOS Digital Logic Design, SPICE Level Simulation and Verification, Schematic Level Design & Analysis, Layout Design &Verification, Switching Action of the Transistors used in IC, VHDL & Verilog programming, RTL Design, Logic Level Design, Architectural Design, Circuit Level Design, Xilinx’s Simulation, Verification & Process to download on FPGA/CPLD kit, Spartan-3E. Project in VLSI for Wireless Communications, Signal Processing, Instrumentation and Bio-engineering.

Important Notes:

1- Interested candidate can send scan copy of DD and filled Registration Form  through e-mail for early registration, because limited seats are available.

2- Registration procedure first come first basis.

3- Registration will be closed 15 days before starting of the program.
