Recruitment of graduates will be done through GRADUATE ENGINEER RECRUITMENT TEST-2013(GERT-2013) a state level examination that will be conducted by company in a state wise manner, details of which are mentioned in the notice, GERT-2013 will consists of two phases. The first phase is written examination followed by Personal Interview (PI) and Group Discussion (GD) for those who qualify written.
For final selection, a merit list will be prepared taking cumulative performance in written, PI & GD as the basis of selection.
The entire recruitment process is managed by the company’s Resource Management office at Meerut.
