Roles and Responsibilities :
Proven ability to work with Carriers troubleshooting WAN issues
Knowledge of HP Network Management tools including NNMI, NNMI ISPI, HPNA
Ability to troubleshoot BGP, OSPF and other protocol
Proven desire to learn new products and ITIL knowledge
Knowledge of Alarms and Triage actions associated with them
Advanced documentation skills
